The chair can be adjusted up or down two inches in the recline position and there is an optional footrest, to allow resting your foot while seated.

There are a couple of things to think about when purchasing this chair. First, how far up do you want the chair to go? If you have issues with stooping or bending, you may want to stay away from the chair. You should also measure your chest area because you will need to know how far the chair recline allows for your chest to rise.

It is important to remember that the chair should not be higher than your forehead because you will end up putting your head too far back over your heart and that can cause a heart attack. If you are taller than 18, you may want to consider getting a chair that offers a bit of giving. Many mesh chairs do offer this.

I purchased a chair like this a couple years ago and I must say that I love it!
